On previous date of hearing, Shri Parvaiz Ahmad, Branch Manager, J&K Bank, Barzulla Srinagar and Shri Manzoor Ahmad, Manager, J&K State Cooperative Bank Limited, Narbal, were present in the Court along with record and as per record produced by Manager, J&K State Cooperative Bank Limited, Narbal, an amount of Rs.3,49,998/- has been credited in the account of petitioner-Abdul Razak Sheikh bearing Account No.001234001100412, and an amount of Rs.68,578/- has also been credited in the account of petitioner on 19th February 2008. However, Mr. A. M. Dar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, had submitted that petitioner had not received any amount and he was directed to file affidavit with regard to it. 2. Today, when the matter has come up for consideration, Mr. A. M. Dar, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, submits that the statement made by Manager, J&K State Cooperative Bank Limited, Narbal, that an amount of Rs.3,49,998/- and an amount of Rs.68,578/-, has been credited into the account of petitioner, is correct. 3. In the above backdrop, this petition is disposed of as settled. However, at the request of learned senior counsel for the petitioner, liberty is given to him to approach this Court again, if he finds any amount legally due. 4. Disposed of.
