2. This Review Petition has been preferred by the applicant for review/recall of

3. In aforesaid order, in paras 7, 8 & 9, this Court has passed the following
order:-
7. In instant case, the petitioner instead of filing application for demarcation of his said lands before respondent No.5 -the Tahsildar, he has filed application before the respondents No.2 & 3.
8. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner, which has not been objected by learned State Counsel, this writ petition is
disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file application under Section 129 of the Code, 1959 before respondent No.5 for demarcation of his aforesaid lands, within a period of 15 days from today. Thereafter, the respondent No.5 shall demarcate the aforesaid land, within a further period of 45 days in accordance with law.
9. With aforesaid observations and directions, the instant writ petition stands disposed of.
4. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the fact that since, petitioner was not a party in WPC No.6002/2024 (Dinesh Kumar Soni Versus State of Chhattisgarh & Others), therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this review petition.
5. Accordingly, the review petition is liable to be and is hereby dismissed.
