In pursuance to the previous order dated 14.08.2025, Shubham Singh, Regional Passport Officer, Regional Passport Office, Passport Complex(Behind R.B.I.), Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar- opposite party is present before the Court and has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. 4. Based upon affidavit, learned Senior Counsel informed that now the order of Writ Court has been complied with, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the applicant. 5. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. The contempt application is disposed of. 7. Notices are discharged. 8.
