1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Considering the urgency of the matter that the Petitioner apprehends his arrest and that the Courts are not functioning during the winter vacation, the matter is taken up directly without reminding the matter to the jurisdictional Sessions Court.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the records.
4. This is an application under Section 482, BNSS filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 317(2)/303(2)/3(5) of BNS read with Section 12 and 68 of O.M.M.C Rules, 2004 in G.R Case No.3234 of 2025 of the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar arising out of Balianta P.S Case No.557 of 2025.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the procedure of Section 35 of BNSS has already been complied with.
6. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that there is no apprehension of arrest against the Petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of.
