The learned Government Pleader points out that there is an overlapping over a notified route and therefore Ext.P1 can be considered only with notice to the 2nd respondent Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) also. 3. Heard the learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent also. 4. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader and the learned Standing counsel for the 2nd respondent, this writ petition will stand disposed of directing that Ext.P1 application filed by the petitioner shall be considered by the 1st respondent after affording an opportunity hearing to the petitioner and to the 2nd respondent KSRTC within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
