Heard Dr. Veena Nair, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Hari Om Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the Respondent/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: 2 "It is therefore humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash the FIR and set the petitioner free in the interest of justice. " 3. At the time of hearing, this Court has observed that the petitioner has filed the present petition without appropriate prayer which is defective one, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayer as there is no mention of the date on which the FIR has been registered and the offences have not mentioned to which learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with proper prayer. 4. Learned State counsel has no objection. 5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court within a period of one week from today and the said amount shall be transmitted to the Government Multi-Disabled Home, Village Pendri, District Janjgir-Champa (C.G.). 6. Certified copy, if any, filed in the petition be return back to the petitioner after retaining its attested true copy.
