ORDER 14.10.2025 The short grievance of the Petitioner is as to non-engagement of his services, although his name figures at Serial No.11 in the merit list for the post of Physical Education Teacher, a copy whereof avails at Annexure-4. 2. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that though ten persons were appointed in terms of the merit list, one having not joined the employment, his client should be accommodated to the eventual vacancy. He further submits that despite giving a representation dated 25.07.2025 at Annexure-6, nothing has been done in the matter and therefore, this Court should intervene. 3. Learned AGA-Mr. Behura appearing for the OPs having opposed the petition on the ground that the select list itself has lapsed, now fairly agrees to instruct OP No.2 to look into the subject representation, in accordance with law and take a call thereon, if reasonable period is prescribed. He caveats that all contentions of the parties are kept open. In the above circumstances, writ petition is disposed off. Time for consideration of the subject representation and informing result of such consideration to the Petitioner in writing, is eight weeks. All contentions are kept open. It is open to the answering Opposite Parties to solicit any information or documents from the side of the Petitioner, as required for taking a decision on the subject representation.
