This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondents' authorities to handing over possession of the allotted land to the petitioners for construction of house over Gata No. 1831 Area about 0.0080 hectare Each situated in village Garvar, tehsil Sadar Pargana Kopachit Sharki, District Ballia within stipulated period preferably within period of one month. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing respondents authorities not take possession by any person over allotted land to the petitioners for construction of house over Gata No. 1831 Area about 0.0080 hectare each situated in village Garvar, Pargana and Tehsil Kopachit Sharki, District Ballia." 2. The prayer made in the writ petition cannot be granted as no proceedings is pending before any Forum. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents, he may initiate proceedings, as provided under the law. 3. Writ petition stands dismissed.
