This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3. It is contended that against the provisional assessment order, Petitioner though has filed an objection to Annexure-2 on 24.09.2025 vide Annexure-4, but till date Opp. Party has not considered the same while passing of the final assessment order. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the TPCODL contended that the objection filed to Annexure-2 will be taken care of and necessary order of final assessment will be passed afresh within a period of three (3) weeks from today. 5. Considering the submission, this Court while disposing the writ petition, directs Opp. Party to pass the final assessment order afresh taking into consideration the objection made by the Petitioner to Annexure-2 within a period of 3(three) weeks hence and communicate the same to the Petitioner. 6. Till such a decision is taken, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner subject to the petitioner depositing 25% of the Provisional Assessment amount before the sole Opp. Party within a period of 7(seven) days which shall be subject to final outcome of the Assessment Proceeding. 7.
