The instant petition was listed before this Court on 29th April, 2025 on which date Mr. T.M. Shamsi, learned DSGI was directed to have instructions in the matter on behalf of the respondents and the matter was
directed to be listed before this Court today. Today, when the instant petition was taken up Mr. T.M. Shamsi, DSGI has provided a copy of the relieving/movement order, a perusal whereof reveals that the petitioner has since been relieved on 24th of April, 2025 pursuant to the transfer order which is subject matter of the instant petition. The relieving order is taken on record Confronted with the same, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks two days’ time to challenge the relieving order. He seeks withdrawal of the instant petition with a liberty to file fresh one. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
