Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4 have placed the instructions before the Court today, which are taken on record. Office is directed to register the same. Heard Mr. Moeez Uddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sunil Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4. The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "To Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to make a payment/salary of petitioner for dated 24.09.2024. To Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 07.05.2025 of the petitioner." Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted one day casual leave on 24.09.2024. On the said date, an inspection was conducted and the petitioner was found absent, therefore, salary for one day i.e. 24.09.2024 has been stopped. He has moved a representation dated 07.05.2025 but nothing has been done till date. Learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4, on the basis of instructions, submits that salary for the aforesaid period has already been paid to the petitioner. In view of above, nothing remains in the petition, accordingly, stands dismissed as rendered infructuous. Order Date :- 14.7.2025 Rahul.
