ORAL ORDER
1. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs:

a) Issue Writ of Mandamus and direct the 3rd respondent to release the petitioner on general parole for 90 days (considering produced vide ANNEXURE-E) to the writ petition; and b) Issue Writ of Mandamus and direct the 3rd respondent to release the petitioner on emergency parole for 30 days (considering produced vide ANNEXURE-E) to the writ petition; and c) Issue any other writ or order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems it fit necessary under the
facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and equity.
2. A memo dated 15.12.2025 signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, has been filed, which reads as under:
"MEMO FOR WITHDRAWN The petitioner most respectfully submit as follows:
The petitioner most respectfully prays before this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above Petition as not pressed and be pleased to take this memo on record and pass such

3. Accepting the said memo and submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
4. In view of dismissal of the main petition, pending applications, if any, do not survive for consideration. Hence, the same are disposed.
