Learned counsel for the applicant submits that, the present appeal has been preferred on account of conviction in Sessions Case No.82 of 2012, dated 01.07.2024. That, during the pendency of appeal, original accused Vishwanath is reported to be dead. That, as per order of this Court dated 17.10.2023, his legal heir i.e. wife, is brought on record. That, her application for compassionate appointment is not considered due to pending decision of the appeal. Hence, application for early hearing and fixing the matter. 3. Considering the above submissions and reasons mentioned in the application, a special case has been made out for out of turn hearing. 4.
