Case No. 167 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 354B, 307, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of indiscriminately firing upon the victim which caused injury to a child. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2025. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60366 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
