The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 2 nd respondent to implement the order passed by the 1 st respondent in Na.Ka.A4/1729/2019 dated 07.02.2025. 3. At the outset it is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that the petitioner cannot have any grievance whatsoever inasmuch as even in the impugned order dated 07.02.2025 it is clearly stated that patta to Thangaee in respect of 2 cents shall be issued only subject to the outcome of the review 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P. To the contrary the petitioner would submit that they have been orally informed that patta would be issued in favour of Thangaee even before the outcome of the review application. 5.
