Since no directions have been sought on merits, this Court does not deem it expedient to issue notice to the respondent. After going through the record and the proceedings appended alongwith the present petition, this Court deems it fit to direct the concerned Family Court to decide HMA Case No.43-A/19 pending before it within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. It is further directed that no undue adjournment shall be granted to either of the parties and every endavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid case within the aforesaid period.
