On record goes to show that an altercation took place between the petitioner and the defacto ^oiTiplainant. in connection with that, the petitioner is alleged to have the defacto complainant with an iron rod and caused swelling juries over the face of the defacto complainant. It is submitted by the learned Assistant PubliC'f^rosecutor that the defacto complainant received grievous injuries .ahd^glaced. the wound certificate issued by the doctor. -S& * ‘ This Court pursu the defacto complainant 'ound certificate and found that wiis injuries.

In view of the aforesaid facts and crrcumstances, this Court is of opinion that it is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, the petitioner herein is permitted to surrender before the Magistrate Concerned and move an application seeking •■egular bail, on such application, the learned Magistrate is directed to
