Having regard to the innocuous prayer made in the writ petition, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4-Tahasildhar Kunigal Taluk to place the application of the petitioner before the committee for regularization of unauthorised occupation for reconsideration in terms of the orders passed by the Assistant Commissioner, in proceedings bearing No.R.A.9/09-10 dated 17.07.2013 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
