JUDGE AND PRESIDING OFFICER, LABOUR COURT, MYSURU IN ID NO.04/2019, VIDE ANNX-A AND ETC., THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED. CONCILIATION ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner - KSRTC and learned counsel for the respondent and respondent are present. 2. The parties have reported settlement and have filed a Joint Memo, which reads as under:- "The WP filed against the award in ID No.04/2019 dated 23.8.2022 on the file of the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Mysuru has been settled between the parties on the following terms and the award may kindly be modified as under: 3 1. The Petitioner - Corporation agreed to reinstate the respondent - workman into service with continuity of service, without consequential benefits, without backwages from the date of dismissal till the date of actual reinstatement as per the interim order and reduced 3 increments permanently. 2. Respondent is entitled for consequential benefits notionally from the date of reinstatement and no difference of wages till settlement. 3. The parties to the proceedings have agreed for the above terms. The parties to this petition have set their hands to this settlement before the Lok Adalat in the presence of conciliators on this 12.07.2025 at Bengaluru Bench". 3. In that view of the matter, subject to above compliance, the Joint memo is accepted. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo.
