Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 401 Cr.P.C. impugning the order dated 08.05.2019, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Kurukshetra, whereby the respondent- husband was directed to pay Rs.5,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the petitioner-wife. 2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner for the last three consecutive dates of hearing. Even the service has not been effected upon the respondent as notice issued by way of dasti process has not been collected by learned counsel for the petitioner. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner even today also. It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the present petition. 3.
