The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 475 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 304(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of looting Rs. 8,73,348/- from the informant. 4. The petitioner is named in the self-inculpatory statement of other co-accused and the petitioner is named in four more cases of similar and serious nature. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in loot and in view of the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.
