This is the third bail application of the applicant. His first bail application was rejected on merits on 12.03.2023. His second bail application was also dismissed on 15.03.2024. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on bail.
