The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Barkagaon P.S. Case No. 289 of 2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 196 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 332, 103(1), 303(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned J.M, 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 4. On 29.11.2024, at about 10:40 p.m., five to six persons came to the house of the informant and shot her husband Prakash Thakur. Suspicion was raised against the named accused persons that they might have committed the murder of the deceased. It is also alleged that the accused persons after committing the murder of the husband of the informant, took her Scorpio bearing Registration No. JH02AM-5696. During the Course of investigation, the petitioner Om Prakash Singh @ Gabbar Singh was apprehended while he was travelling on the looted Scorpio. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner Om Prakash Singh, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. 6. As far as the petitioner Umesh Saw is concerned, it was submitted that apart from suspicion, there is no other material against him on the record. 7. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner Umesh Saw, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner- Umesh Saw is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Abhinav Kumar, learned J.M, 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Barkagaon P.S.
