This MCC has been filed for restoration of FA(MAT) No. 122/2022 which was dismissed for want of prosecution by this Court vide order dated 16.01.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he was not able to see the list and not being able to register his presence. He submits that the mistake committed for not removing the default and for non-appearance of the counsel is bonafide. 2 3. Considering the grounds urged in the application, the same is allowed and FA(MAT) No. 122/2022 is restored to its original number, subject to cost of Rs. 3,000/- to be paid to High Court Legal Services Aid Committee within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which this order will lose its efficacy. 4.
