The mandatory provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, 2021, have not been complied with. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that it is not a fit case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
