In verification of his death, statement of Om Pal Singh, brother of the deceased and Sandeep Kumar, son of the deceased has been recorded. Death certificate duly issued by Government of Uttar Pradesh has been annexed. Police Report of S.I. Kunwar Pal of Police Station Tiraur, District Saharanpur has also been annexed. 5. In view of the above, since the sole appellant has already passed away, this criminal appeal is dismissed as having been abated. 6. The trial court record be sent back to the court concerned.
