The petitioner is challenging the order passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Sengaon, Dist.Hingoli in RCC No.23/2019, dated 06.07.2019, wherein the application filed by the petitioner / complainant u/s 156(3) of the Cr.P.C. came to be rejected and she was directed to lead evidence in view of Section 200 of the Cr.P.C. 3. The learned APP states that the petitioner is having alternate remedy available of preferring Cri.Revision Application u/s khs/Dec.2025/1539 2025:BHC-AUG:33004 - 2 - 397 of the Cr.P.C. 4. In that view of the matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Trial Court u/s 397 of the Cr.P.C. ( SUSHIL M.
