Be that as it may, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment and order, dated 06.12.2024, rendered in W.P.No.24898 of 2024 and batch which shall apply on similar terms in the present case as well. The respondents – registration authorities are directed to register the document and calculate the stamp duty and registration fee on the basis of the value indicated on the sale certificate.
