“1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have already settled the issue which is clear from the order dated 18.05.2024 passed in CWP No. 16173 of 2019, between the same parties, hence, the present petition be also disposed of in terms of the said settlement.
2. Ordered accordingly.
3. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.”
2. A bare perusal of the order would show that the same was passed in the presence of the parties and that too on the instructions of the counsel for the petitioner. Now, the prayer of the petitioner is that his claim was not covered by the order dated 18.05.2024 passed in CWP No. 16173 of
2019. The contradictory stand is being taken to as a ground recall the order dated 04.03.2025. Once, the statement was made on behalf of the petitioner on the basis of which the writ petition was disposed of, no ground is made out for any review of the same.
3. Dismissed. July 02, 2025 (HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI) kanchan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned : Yes Whether reportable : No Kanchan 2025.07.03 10:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this
