Case No. 290 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 309(4), 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Dhanbad. 3. On 19.12.2024, the informant was waylaid by two unknown persons near Shyan Apartment, Kusum Vihar, Dhanbad, Saraidhela. The accused persons looted his motorcycle. The petitioner was apprehended. He confessed his guilt. On his pointing out, the motorcycle of the informant was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the informant has been examined in this case and he had not identified the petitioner in the dock. 5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Nandini/- Uploaded
