In the meanwhile, operation and execution of impugned award dated 26.09.2024, passed by learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sarkaghat, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh, in Claim Petition No.46 of 2019, titled Ranjeet Singh vs. Sarwan Dass and another, shall remain stayed, subject to depositing of the entire awarded amount along-with up-to-date interest within a period of four weeks from today.
