As per report of the C.J.M. Prayagraj dated 4.9.2025 parties have entered into compromise before the court and compromise has been verified by the C.J.M. Parties have settled their dispute outside the court. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 3 states that he has no objection in case the impugned F.I.R is quashed. In view of the above, impugned F.I.R is quashed. The writ petition is allowed. Investigating Officer of this case is directed to make entry of this order in the case diary.
