The petitioners filed this contempt petition for non-compliance of the order dated 09-12-2024 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 752 of 2023. Mr. S. Jasobanta, learned counsel for respondent No. 5, submits that vide order dated 28-03-2025 issued by Sr. Dy. Accountant General (A&E), the direction of this Court has already been complied with by disposing of the representation submitted by the petitioners. It is submitted that cause of the contempt case does not survive. In the circumstance, the contempt case is closed.
