Petitioners, through the medium of instant contempt petition, have alleged wilful disobedience of order dated 06.09.2024 passed by this Court in WP (C) No. 1223/2021, whereby the writ petition (supra) has been disposed of with the following directions: “07….. Viewed thus, what has been observed, considered and analyzed hereinabove, the petition succeeds, as the consequence thereof while molding the reliefs prayed in the petition, the respondents herein are refrained from causing any interference into the possession/occupation/enjoyment of the immovable properties of the petitioners without procedure prescribed by law, inasmuch as, unless authorized by law.” 2. Petitioners herein had raised serious allegations against the respondent/Monika, the then Officer Commanding, 64 Field Workshop Coy, Poonch Linex Udheywala, Jammu, who, as per the Sr. No. 164 2 CCP (S) No. 125/2025 in WP (C) No. 1223/2021 petitioners, had violated order dated 06.09.2024 passed by this Court. 3. In pursuance of the directions passed by this Court, vide order dated 20.04.2026, respondent appeared before this Court through virtual mode and stated that, on her directions, some of her officers had visited the land of the petitioners on 25.01.2025 only to verify that the permission, if any, obtained by the petitioners from the competent authority. She stated that no untoward incident had happened on the said date. She has also stated that she was not physically present on the land of the petitioners on that very day. 4. She further states that, though, she has been transferred from the post of Officer Commanding, 64 Field Workshop Coy, Poonch Linex Udheywala, Jammu but she had acted in pursuance to the direction passed by this Court vide order (supra) on 25.01.2025 and would always adhere to the orders passed by this Court. 5. In view of the above, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed and rule, if any, framed against the respondents, shall stand discharged.
