Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to inquire the matter against the illegal action of respondent no. 3. ii. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 to take legal action against the respondent no. 3 and also direct to respondent no. 2 take decision on the application of the petitioner dated 15.09.2023 and ensure the payment of medical claim of the petitioner accordance with law within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble court. " 2. The petitioner is seeking enforcement of a health insurance policy against respondent no. 3 (the insurer). 3. After making brief submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other alternative remedy. 4. Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of the prayer made. 5.
