The petitioner-appellant in the instant intra court appeal has assailed an order dated 21.05.2025 passed by a Single Judge Bench in Writ-A No.9596 of 2018. A perusal of the order reveals that the writ petition was disposed of on basis of the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner before the court. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner-appellant tried to submit that certain facts were wrongly recorded in the order. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner-appellant, after making submissions at some length, prays for withdrawal of the instant appeal with liberty to the appellant to move appropriate application in this regard before the learned Single Judge, who has decided the writ petition. 4.
