In course of hearing and on hearing the learned counsel for the State and the petitioner it appears that the petitioner’s representation dated 01.10.2024 is pending consideration till date by the respondent no. 9. 3. Considering the said facts and the issue involved the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 9 shall consider the representation dated 01.10.2024 submitted by the petitioner within 60 days from the date of communication of this order. 2 4.
