The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief :- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to conduct the fair and impartial investigation in the first information report dated 02.05.2025 as Case Crime No. 194 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 309(4) B.N.S., Police Station-Civil Lines, District-Prayagraj." It has been stated by the A.G.A., on the basis of his instructions, that the final report has been submitted in the aforesaid case. The petitioner has the remedy to file his objection to the said final final report before the concerned Magistrate. No further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
