The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s): “the petition is being preferred for appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions, relief/reliefs for the issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for Patna High Court CWJC No.13422 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 2/4 immediate as seeking reliefs to the petitioner for this prevention of the encroachment of the Public Road at situated in the pertaining Gairmazarua Malik Khata No.211, Plot No. 1300 of this land area is 0-12-14 (Twelve Khatas fourteen dhurs) of this public road is situated under village -Majwalia , Post-Chitanpur, P.S. Assaw, District- Siwan (Bihar) and this private -respondent no. 8 is encroached this Public -Road by the made construction as the eject -pillars on this Public -Road and the petitioner is being praying for the following sought relief as follows : - (i) for that the petitioner of her house is situated under this pertaining Gairmazarua Malik, Khata No.211 of plot no.1300 of this land area is 0-1-10-0 (One kathas ten dhurs) from earlier period hundred years and she (petitioner) is lived with her big family members and this pertaining Gairmazarua Malik of the Khata no.211, plot no.1300 is this land total land area is 0-15-1-0 (fifteen bighas one kathas) land situated at this Village - Majhwalia, Post- Patna High Court CWJC No.13422 of 2025(2) dt.21-08-2025 3/4 Chitanpur, P.S. (ii) or that this villagers are used this said public road on this Gairmazarua land of Khata No.211, Plot No.1300 of this Public Road situated at resident of the Village -Majwalia Post-Chitanpur, P.S. Assaw, District Siwan (Bihar). (iii) for that the Private respondent no. 8 is the restrained or encroached the public road as intentionally harass to the petitioner by made packka Construction as ejected of this Pillars on this Public Road.
