Heard Shri Manish Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Sabyasachi Choubey, Panel Lawyer for the State and Shri Neeraj Choubey, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that identical petitions have been decided by this Court on 16/12/2024 2 in a batch of petitions leading case bearing WPS No.4812/2024, as such this petition can be disposed of in the terms of the order passed in aforesaid petition to which the learned counsel for the respondents have not disputed. 3. In WPS No.4812/2024 this Court after appreciating the submission made by the respective parties disposed of the said writ petition along with other connected matters by observing thus:- “Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, these petitions at this juncture are disposed of directing respondent No.1 to take decision on recommendation made by respondent No.3/Registrar of the University dated 15/05/2023 with respect to granting benefit of 7th Pay Scale in pension payable to the petitioners, preferably within a period 120 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The authority concerned is also directed to keep in mind the judgment passed by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.(S) No.196/2011, parties being Santosh Kumar Upadhyay 3 & Others vs. State of Chhattisgarh and Others.” 4. In view of the above, present petition is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in WPS No.4812/2024 and other connected matters.
