1. The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of B.N.S.S with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.181, dated 17.12.2024, under Sections 115(2),303(2), 351(2),127(1),3(5) of B.N.S, registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 23.06.2025 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
3. A status report by way of an affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub-Division Shahkot, Jalandhar (Rural) has been filed on behalf of respondent-State and the same is taken on record.
4. Learned State counsel also submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.
