This is the Application for briging on record the legal representatives of Deceased – Damodhar Tukaram Tikate, who is the Original Claimant. 2. Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants and the learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body. 3. A copy of death certificate is enclosed with the Application showing the name of Deceased as ‘Damodhar Tukaram Tikate’. The Application is filed on solemn affirmation with the specific contention that, the Applicants are the only legal heirs of the Deceased – Claimant. The learned Advocate for the Applicants undertakes to place on record the copy of the legal heir certificate issued by the Competent Authority showing the Applicants as the LRs of the aforesaid deceased. 4. Hence, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clauses – ‘B’ and ‘C’. Necessary amendments be made in the Appeal Memo within a period of four [04] weeks.
