The appellants and respondents are present physically before the Lok Adalath. They are identified by their respective counsel. 2. After prolonged negotiations, the matter is settled. A joint memo signed by the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned advocate for the respondents is filed. The respondents have agreed to receive and the appellants have agreed to pay a lump-sum of Rs.4,75,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Seventy Five Thousand. only), within two months in full and final settlement of the suit claim. 4.
