The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariyaghat P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of looting cash of Rs. 18,71,440/- from ICICI Bank, Sarotar Branch. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 4.3.2025 and the petitioner is accused in 3 more cases. 5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined Patna High Court CR. MISC.
