(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS 2023, for grant of anticipatory bail in, FIR No. 0046 dated 07.06.2025 under Sections 221, 115(2), 118, 351, 191(3), 190, BNS 2023, registered at Police Station Patara, District Jalandhar Rural (P-1), later on added sections 132, 109 of BNS, 2023 vide DDR No. 038, dated 07.06.2025 (P-2). This Court vide order dated 23.06.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 23.06.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 23.06.2025 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
