This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for directing respondent no.2 to take action upon the representation dated 31.10.2022 (annexure no.6) and the representation dated 07.04.2025 (annexure no.7). 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners limited his prayer to the extent that his representations dated 31.10.2022 and 07.04.2025 may be decided by the respondent no.2 as expeditiously as possible. 5. Since the prayer is innocuous, there is no objection from the side of the State. 6. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed-off with a direction to respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Dehradun, to decide the representation dated 31.10.2022 (annexure no.6) and the representation dated 07.04.2025 (annexure no.7) as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months, from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law. 7.
