The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Sadar (Bada Bazar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 02/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1-B)a, 25(6), 25(8), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh. 3. On 04.01.2025, Hazaribag Sadar police apprehended co-accused Aditya Pandey and from his possession, a loaded country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered. Co-accused Aditya Panday confessed that the petitioner had given the recovered fire arms to him. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Sadar (Bada Bazar O.P.)
