Today also when the matter is taken up no one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioner. 02. This Court vide order dated 01.05.2024, had directed that no coercive action be taken against the petitioner subject to deposit of R. 10.00 lacs by him. 03. Vide order dated 06.06.2024, it was directed that upon deposition of additional amount of Rs. 10.00 Lakhs i.e. Rs. 20.00 Lakhs, the interim direction would continue till next date of hearing. 04. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the petitioner has failed to deposit any amount in terms of the order dated 06.06.2024. 05. In view of aforesaid, coupled with the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 06. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
