Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration 2. The Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Writ Petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.4.47 cents of land in Sy.No.213/1. He further submits that the vendor of the Writ Petitioner, one Smt. C.Lakshmamma, has sold the property to the Writ Petitioner through a Registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.719/2024, dated 06.02.2024 (Ex.P2). He further submits that the Official Respondents have orally threatened the Writ Petitioner with dispossess from the said land. 3. Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and Land Acquisition, Stamps & Registration, has submitted the Written Instruction furnished by the Tahsildar, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati District, dated 15.02.2025. Copy of it has been served on the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the Written Instructions is usefully extracted hereunder: “4. It is submitted that the present petitioner has been purchased an extent of Ac.4.474 cents in Sy.No.213/1 of Kurrakalva Village from the above 3 pattadar C.Lakshmi through registered sale deed vide Doc.No.719/2024, Dt. 6.2.2024 and the same were Auto mutated in webland records in the name of the petitioner P.Uma Devi W/o P.Gopal Reddy vide Khata No.5002 on 04.03.2024. 5. It is humbly submitted that this respondent not trying to dispossess the petitioner from her land and also not interfered with the possession of the petitioner.” 4. The above Written Instructions indicate that the Official Respondents have acknowledged the fact that the Writ Petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of an extent of Ac.4.474 cents in Sy.No.213/1 of Kurrakalva Village and that the Writ Petitioner become the owner through the Registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.719/2024, dated 06.02.2024. The Written Instructions also indicate that the Official Respondents are not attempting to dispossess the Petitioner from her land and have not interfered with the petitioner’s possession. 5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into the merits in terms of the above-extracted Written Instructions. 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 4 7.
