Petitioner No.8, respondent Nos. 1 and 2, admit the terms and conditions of the consent terms and their signatures thereon. Hence, the same has been verified, read, and recorded. The Mediation Report, along with the Consent Terms, is taken on record and marked “X” for identification purposes. 4. As per Clause 10(c) of the Consent Terms, the original applicants, i.e. respondent Nos. 1 and 2 herein, have agreed to dispose of the DV proceedings filed by them against the petitioners. I have personally enquired with the respondents about the same, and they have confirmed the same. 5. In view of the Consent Terms and the statements of the respondents before the Court, the Criminal Application No.3003 of 2025 is allowed, and the proceeding bearing PWDV Application No.30 of 2023 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Aurangabad, is hereby quashed and set aside. 6. In view of the disposal of the original PWDVA proceedings, the order passed below Exhibit 37 does not survive and is hereby quashed and set aside. 7.
